Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Inside Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing strategies and campaigns for our company, as well as overseeing the operations of our call center.
Responsibilities:

- Assist in creations of marketing design, video, and photography to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation on different marketing channels- Assist in tracking marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities

- Ensure the Inside sales team/call center operates efficiently and effectively to provide exceptional customer experience in every way

- Monitor call center KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and retrain developed process when improvements are needed

- Train and coach Inside sales team to provide exceptional customer experience and meet performance targets

- Coach and train Inside sales team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, related field, or at least five years of experience in Marketing

- Experience with video editing and production

- Experience with ServiceTitan

- Proven experience in marketing and call center management roles

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

- Experience with marketing analytics tools and ServiceTitan is preferred

- Knowledge of Inside Sales operations and best practices

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Compensation:

Salary: Base rate of $36,000 - $46,000 plus Bonus Program
